China CCC Certification

The China Compulsory Certificate mark, commonly known as a CCC Mark, is a compulsory safety mark for many products imported, sold or used in the Chinese market. It was implemented on May 1, 2002 and became fully effective on August 1, 2003.

CCC certification agencies: CQC, CVC and others

IEC CB certificate/report:  Acceptable

Factory inspection: Required, based on CCC requirements

Local representative: No

Certificate validity: 5 years

Sample requirement: Yes

Critical component requirements: IEC or CCC approved

Document checklist: Chinese manual, technical drawings, product specification and others
Lead time:  3-8 weeks
