Trusted by Industry Leaders and Innovators
The team was easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and truly committed to our success. Marty, Vic , Soliman, and even the accounting team provided us with white glove service. Not to mention that their facility is truly impressive!
We wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again, in fact we are looking forward to it!
The Challenge: Controlling "Noise" on the Power Line
Every electronic product generates some level of electromagnetic “noise” that can travel back through its power cord and onto the electrical grid. Regulators across the globe impose strict limits on these conducted emissions to prevent your device from interfering with other products sharing the same power source. Failing these tests is not an option—it’s a barrier to market entry that requires a precise and accredited testing partner to overcome.
Our Precise Testing Process
Our expert team follows a meticulous, proven process to measure and validate your product’s conducted emissions, typically between 150 kHz and 30 MHz.
- LISN & Controlled Impedance: We use a Line Impedance Stabilization Network (LISN), a specialized low-pass filter, to isolate your device and ensure we are measuring only the noise it produces with a known, stable impedance.
- Maximization & Analysis: Our engineers carefully scan the entire frequency range to identify the emissions with the highest amplitudes. We then perform a maximization process to confirm the peak levels for the final, official measurement.
- Accredited Reporting: All testing is performed in our state-of-the-art 10m EMC chamber. You receive a comprehensive, accredited test report that clearly shows your product’s compliance with the required limits, ready for submission to regulatory bodies.
